A Day in the Life of a Pro Video Gamer

Posted in GETV Episode by ekai on the March 4th, 2008

It’s a hard life being most excellent at most video games, but Johnathan Wendel aka Fatal1ty doesn’t shy away from the challenge. So what does happen in a typical day of a professional video game player? That’s what we really wanted to know too, so Irina invades Fatal1ty’s hotel room to find out.

Appropriate use of the Benny Hill music… I’m a video game wizard too… at minesweeper.

The pee chip is real, it was pitched as something that would recommend energy drinks or advice on driving ability / alcohol levels if I remember correctly….

Wow, that sure was geeky. Where’s the entertainment part again? It was near unwatchable. Good use of the Benny Hill music though – its totally not overused enough in wacky chase scenes. Anyways, I’m posting this from my fatality laptop while using my fatality soundcard to listen to the fatality rap song. All I need now are the headphones and I’ll be pulling husky native american women in no time.

Great episode. Fun, creative production, and any Benny Hill ref is gold.

Say it ain’t so, Fatal1ty slipping some bills to get to the top! “It’s a hard road, carrying the wrong load” (Black Sabbath)
